Our group of marketing consultants have over 5 decades of hands-on experience in online advertising, branding, ecommerce, mobile and social media. Our careers have developed through an iterative process of building, measuring and molding strategic digital communications campaigns for some of the online world’s best known brands, including Microsoft, RealNetworks, American Greetings and T-Mobile. But we’ve also attacked smaller budget challenges with venture backed technology startups which have gone on to successful exits. In addition, we’ve had the opportunity to partner with many of the world’s largest creative digital communications firms including Publicis, Tribal DDB, Razorfish, Waggener Edstrom and Deep Focus.
Our Team
Andy Boyer – Co-Founder | Campaign Strategy Lead
As Co-Founder of Social3i, Andy develops social media programs that are integrated into overall marketing efforts. He was a Principal at social media agency Spring Creek Group from 2007-2010, leading client campaigns inside Microsoft and other companies, developing short and long term social media strategies, and recruiting a team of Engagement Leads and Community Managers. His previous experience is highlighted by six years in e-commerce marketing at streaming media pioneer RealNetworks from 1996-2002, and he started his career in sports marketing in minor league baseball and the ski industry. His charity work has included helping professional athletes and their families raise funds for their Foundations. He received his MBA from the UW in 2006, and will return to the classroom in January to teach an MBA course in Entrepreneurial Marketing in the winter quarter.
Xavier Jiménez – Co-Founder | Social Insight, Ideation & Planning

Prior to co-founding social3i Xavier was Principal and Analytics Practice Head at social media agency Spring Creek Group in Seattle Washington. Xavier has worked with leading consumer brands including: ubid.com, American Greetings, T-Mobile and Microsoft to deliver deep consumer insights using emerging media measurement technologies. As chief social intelligence strategist, Xavier is tasked with qualifying and transforming raw data from online video, mobile advertising, widgets, blogs, social networks, and other user generated content into deep customer intelligence for our clients.
Colin Lamont – Principal | Integrated Marketing Lead

Colin Lamont has 15 years direct marketing, e-commerce, and product management experience in helping build and grow consumer products and services. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Marketing at GotVoice, an Ignition Partners-funded mobile solutions company that was successfully sold. Having spearheaded the company’s re-launch, he pivoted the focus to building an award-winning, high-margin consumer service. An expert of integrated marketing, Colin leverages social media outreach to support direct marketing, branding, PR, events and speaking engagements to cost-effectively grow companies. Previously, Colin worked at RealNetworks, starting in 1995, and culminating as Director of Consumer Marketing for the RealGames and GameHouse divisions in 2006.
Michael Neu - Director of Product & Campaigns

Michael Neu has 9 years of digital marketing and product management experience. Most recently he served as the Director of Product at Social3i, a social marketing agency. Previously, Michael Co-Founded Neptune Ventures LLC, a digital marketing and media company based in Santa Monica. He has also worked with or consulted for a variety of companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Marchex, AT&T as well as numerous startups.

Rick Read is a Seattle-based marketing professional with more than 10 years of experience building web properties, designing social channels, and managing Social Media campaigns. Rick spent close to 3 years as a community manger on top Microsoft brands such as Windows, IE, Office and more. However, Rick’s experience also includes work as the Global Team Manager for the Atomic Snowboards, and he built the Second Generation of the Snowboard Connections Ecommerce Program. Becky has an MBA from the University of Washington and years spent bringing new products, services & business ideas to market. Past roles include senior public relations manager at an agency for high-tech start-ups, marketing specialist for a prestigious financial services firm, and consumer marketing strategist for T-Mobile. Most recently, as the VP of Marketing for a start-up in an emerging consumer category, Becky led the marketing team in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy & plan and collaborated with the CEO on strategic business decisions.
